Pool overlooks the sea and there is a large lounge to relax in plus a small gym. "到着した時から、スタッフの態度が悪い。全く挨拶もなく、荷物も嫌々ながら運んでいる感じ。複数のスタッフに笑顔や愛想がない。 また、Wi-Fiが、一度接続されてもすぐ切れてしまったり、テレビもスマートTVではない上、普通のチャンネルでも接続が悪く、ずっとLoadingのまま止まったりする。（その後Wi-Fiは回復したが、結局テレビは使わなかった） 部屋はコンクリート打ちっぱなしで全体的に暗めな上、ライトがとても少なく、夜は特に非常に暗い。窓からの眺めは良い。 場所は、市内からとても離れる。 後から朝食をつけたが、一人RM２０で安い。種類は多い訳ではないが、ビュッフェでRM20なのでお得だと思う。 また、連泊だったが、指定した時間に清掃してもらえた。 全体的に、そこまで良い訳という訳ではなく、まぁまぁ。"

"We were a group of nature lovers who were using this as a three night stay to get used to the temperature and time change upon arrival in Borneo. Loved the grounds and snorkeling right from the beach. Fantastic nature center staffed by several biologists. The food options were a bit pricey but we were expecting that. The grounds were very birdy and we found two Borean Pit Vipers. The mangrove tour was fantastic. Room is very good quality for the price."

"Great place with nice rooms and beautiful view (both to Mt Kinabalu and Kota Kinabalu). Standard Malaysian breakfast and decent lunch and dinner menu. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room (104) was very good although there are a few ants around (so make sure not to leave food around). Bed, shower and toilet were nice and clean.
