"The master shower did not work right. The mixer/regulator was shot and the water was only very hot or very cold….very disappointing. The door on the master bathroom was a bifold door and the one on the left kept falling off its hinge. I did what I could with it but it’s a bathroom and the door should be able to close. Also the sliders would stick terribly which was a problem for us- we liked and used the screened in area, but I would have liked if the doors were easier to open and close. We’ll...

"The unit was easy to find and no problems parking. The room has a great layout and decorated beautifully. Awesome view. However, the floor a/c unit needs some help. The arm does not stay in the window and the wind made it whistle - loudly! Also, there is a large air return vent in the hallway that is very rusted. It took away from the beautiful decor and it is such a quick, easy fix. But, that view from the 9th floor was just amazing!!"

"I like the property, wish there was fan in the individual rooms....drown out some outside noise. Toilet wasn't flushing normal, had to hold down handle. Shower was clean, but paint was peeling off tub....yes, it looked like paint. One dislike was the pressure to go to "timeshare" meeting. Wouldn't take No for an answer that I didn't want to go. If I knew this was that kind of property, I would of not had stayed. Staff was friendly and helpful. "
