"Lovely one night stay. Unfortunately had a call 10 minutes before we arrived to say the jacuzzi had broken down & would be out of use. We had a 3 coarse meal that was absolutely amazing! Complements to the chef! Only down side - we thought drinks were over priced at £12 for a large glass of wine."

"We both enjoyed our first visit to the kingscliff hotel, we will definitely stay there again in the near future. We must say we were disappointed with the 12 percent sir charge on our evening meal."

"Amazing place, when I arrived at the reception it was old fashioned but when the Lady took me around to the rooms I was really in the 20th century. The security locks used were impressive. I felt safe already. The room was so clean, neat, refreshing I can just go on. I use hotels around the country this was my favourite."

"The owner was so friendly and accommodating, my room was spotless, had plenty of fresh towels, water, tea and coffee selection plus biscuits! Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Excellent value for money. I would recommend and stay again "

"Birds farm is a lovely place to stay for the local Essex or Sussex area. Very quiet in the evenings, despite being just off a busy road. Great facilities, good comfy beds, very warm heating and well supplied cooking facilities. A pool for summer, grounds and a Summer house and a well stocked games room for kids if the weather is bad. "Very enjoyable stay the hosts were very accommodating. First class breakfast. The whole place was so clean but not uncomfortable or clinical. Would thoroughly recommend this accommodation. Would stay again. One minor criticism the room was terribly hot, but otherwise a brilliant find. "
