"Me gustó mucho el hotel y disfruté la estadía con toda mi familia. Tienen muchas facilidades y comodidas para familias con niños, así como adultos que desean disfrutar de manera tranquila. Siento que un punto de mejora es que el hotel no está muy moderno ni actualizado, la neverita de mi cuarto nunca funcionó, las sillas y mesas del restaurante italiano tenían chicles, y uno se pegó a mi vestido nuevo. Asimismo, aunque pedí ayuda al staff no me ayudaron siquiera con la limpieza de mi vestido....

"Staff is definitely a plus, willing to help at all times. My room was spotless and carefully “decorated” every day. Calling reception is not easy, I called a few times and the line was busy. The food is good. Steak house is wonderful, Italian restaurant very good, Spanish restaurant ok, Asian not so great. My biggest complaint is there is no life guard anywhere, my husband had an incident and had to rely on another guest to help him, it was scary. I strongly suggest the resort to hire life...
