"Restaurant reservations must be done on app. App isn’t user friendly, you can only make reservations 1-2 days in advance not same day. Therefore you're stuck with buffet restaurant. "Upon arrival we saw friendly staff and a beautiful quiet resort with pool, restaurant/bar and of course rum punch after a hectic flight. For a fee you can have transportation from the airport to the hotel. Our first night was awesome and the guests were just as friendly as the staff. "The resort is lovely and convenient to the airport. The staff (everyone) are very friendly and accommodating. We booked an Ocean Front Junior Suite and we could not have asked for anything more. The hotel has restaurants on sight and there are many close by. We also enjoyed spending the day at Prickly Pear Island. We were very happy with our stay!"
