Basement room is small and would benefit some background music. Staff were very good - except for one rude, miserable lady who looked after breakfast on one day. "The property was conveniently located with some wonderful restaurants and shipping nearby. Our room was beautiful and sound proof. They also have the most comfortable beds! Which allowed us to get some needed rest. I loved the attentiveness, friendliness and responsiveness of their staff.
