"Staff was very friendly and check-in was easy. The breakfast and food in the hotel was lacking. There was no coffee in the room, but there was a coffee maker. You had to buy a K cup for $3.50. No daily Maid service. We requested someone to come in to clean the bathroom, but no response. Was located in a great area with very nice resort surrounding us walking distance. We really enjoyed the gondola ride that we could go down to the market and public transportation depot and come back up....

"Great communications, very responsive shuttle service, wonderful staff, hot tyb amd pool, close to ski resorts"

"Book it! Wonderful time!! Staying here again for sure! Our cottage was perfect! 3 fireplaces was a sweet touch. Washer and dryer was very useful! Views were gorgeous! Transportation to Deer Valley was convenient even if you have your own ride. The plaza across the street is GOLD. Trust me. Go to five5eeds, Twisted Fern, and Luna’s. Really good food!!!! Also, grocery store across the street. Park City Main Street is very close too! "

"This unit is located in the perfect location for our family. It was ski-in/out, right by the ice skating rink/food/transportation. The condo was perfect for our family of four, with two bathrooms and a large bedroom that fit us comfortably. The only thing I wish it included, was laundry detergent, as there is an in-unit laundry available, but no supplies (need at least 1-2 for the week stay)."

"The best part of staying at the lodge is the 3 minute walk to the lifts. It couldn’t be better placed and ideal if you have kids. Apartment was clean and well appointed. Perfect for a weekend ski break "

"Nice place to stay in Park City. The property is slightly dated but provides everything you need. The bed was comfortable, amenities were plentiful, and the staff was friendly. My only gripe is that the wood provided for the fireplace was super wet and wouldn't light. "

"Let me start by saying that if you book this condo via Hotels.com be prepared for aggravation and to be on your phone for hours attempting to get the unit number and code to access the unit. Hotels.com has no information other than a phone number for another management agency, Vacasa.com. It was a nightmare getting to finally talk to anyone who knew what was going on (at Vacasa). Personally, I would NOT book this unit via Hotels.com. All of that said, the condo is very nice and clean. It...

"Excellent location if you wish to be right in downtown PC. Great value for Presidents Day weekend. The fixtures and amenities in the unit are pretty old but everything was super clean and in good working order. Also, I have to shout out Chantal at the front desk who really went the extra mile with communication and helpful suggestions. "
