"Had the most gorgeous view of the mountain. The hotel is close to restaurants, cafes, city center, and tourist spots. Be sure to try the Chestnut cakes sold near the hotel. "This hotel has been an unexpected surprise. The location is perfect, just at the end of the city center with amazing views to the mountains, but only 10 min walking distance. We had the mountain view room with balcony and it has been a great choice. The heated pool on the deck is great to relax in between with breathtaking views. The breakfast buffet had lots of variations and the staff was super helpful and friendly. The perfect place to enjoy Sapa. "

"Fantastic hotel, good location and a very nice room. But the best thing was absolutely the staff, the women in the reception was amazing. I was going for an early hike to Fansipan and she made me breakfast at 6 am to bring on the hike, she made both bahn mi and pancakes, amazing! Would really recommend you to stay here! "
