"I don't usually review hotels, but Sapa Village Hotel was exceptional and I thought it deserved a review. It's not in the most crowed area of hotels and shops, but we liked that. It was easy to walk to the lake, which is very beautiful and only 5-10 minutes from Sapa station, where you can get the cable car to Fansipan. We even walked to Cat Cat village from our hotel. "Beautiful hotel in the middle of the city . Perfect location to explore . Food was wonderful as well. The Breakfast was amazing that is provided. Rooms very comfortable but ours was tad noisy. Not sure what you could do about that? Pickelball courts across street that were public and street noise. We also used the spa which was outstanding . We all loved SAPA. The hotel was icing on the cake. Staff top notch as well . "

"Smooth check in, while we arrived at 6.30 AM in the morning, they let us use special lounge to rest while waiting check in time. Room are spacious, good facility. Breakfast is excellent. Sarah in the reception was helping us in explaining places to see around SaPa and helping us booking car. "

"Staff were very friendly and helpful during my stay. Room was big and clean. Bathroom was clean with good water pressure and hot water. Walking distance to Sun Plaza, where you can get the funicular train to the cable car station to Fansipan and back, can easily walk to Sapa centre/church and lake. The only thing you have to take note is that it is a stairs only hotel, no elevator - I already knew this when I booked and was fine with it."

"Fantastic hotel, good location and a very nice room. But the best thing was absolutely the staff, the women in the reception was amazing. I was going for an early hike to Fansipan and she made me breakfast at 6 am to bring on the hike, she made both bahn mi and pancakes, amazing! Would really recommend you to stay here! "
