"Beautiful property, lovely rooms, fantastic bathroom, amazing shower. Staff was very sweet. They did their best to accommodate us vegans but it was tricky - vegetarians will be absolutely fine here but there is a lot of (unnecessary) surprise egg in things. "It was amazing stay with my mom. Even though we couldn’t try the swimming pool because of the weather, the infinity pool from the pool was amazing. The breakfast was also amazing. Staffs were so so kind. Would like to visit again with my siblings "

"For our first visit to Sapa, we are so happy we stayed at the Bamboo Hotel! It is conveniently located for both trekking and the amenities of Sapa. The rooms were clean, the food was great and the onsite spa was a delight. By far, the best part though was the staff. They were all so wonderful but in particular, Julie at the front desk went above and beyond for us every chance she had. She even went as far as hand delivering a birthday cake (with a song!).
