Location is excellent, connected to CentralWorld where shopping and dining options are amazing. Service is unparalleled - it was my dad’s bday and they sent up a really delicious cake and a very sweet handwritten note with drawings which added such a heartwarming and personalised touch. Thank you so much!! Concierge was also really great in helping to facilitate our laundry service and delivery. Room cleaning folks are super friendly too. Room is very comfy and spacious with a great view. Breakfast has plenty of options, worth a try. Really a wonderful experience :)"
