The washer and dryer and multiple bedrooms/bathrooms were excellent, and I was extremely impressed by the cleanliness and condition of the unit. No odors or stickiness or any of the other issues that tend to occur at properties with kitchens. Check-in was easy and the walk to resorts and shops was fine (although there's a section without a sidewalk and the hills might be a bit much for...

"The Maui Banyan is in a great location, close to the beach and restaurants. The condo was a little dated and very dark. The studio we had was clean and tidy, and well equipped, however there was limited counter space to prepare food. Having said all we enjoyed our stay for 4 nights."

"Overall, a great location and a great property with all the amenities. The grounds were meticulously looked after. Our unit was in great shape and included everything down to beach towels and snorkeling equipment. My only complaint is that the beach chairs, beach umbrella and snorkeling equipment was very very beat up and pretty much falling apart. Borderline usable."
