"Good hotel however, the mattress was very cheap. Every time you turned over on the mattress the spring went ping. The photos are deceiving, it’s not as “posh” as the photos show. The fire alarm also woke us up at 7:30am. "

"Me and my partner stayed at the Pembroke Studios for a 2 night stay in Liverpool as we was going to watch a show on the Saturday night the hotel staff was brilliant they helped me carry my bags upto the 4th floor gave me instructions how to get to places in Liverpool it’s only 0.4 miles to the centre location was good the room was very clean and tidy would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again."

"The suite was everything we expected and more. The staff were incredibly polite and friendly. My only suggestion is to make the hotel sign more visible as you can’t see it at all when driving down the one way street. Also, sending the parking directions and codes beforehand would have been a great help. Otherwise, very comfortable, great location and lovely apartment. "

"Stayed a few times in different epic hotels this time it was duke street townhouse the room was big lots of space , beds were comfy only one complaint it was far too hot even with the windows open not sure if air con was working ,myself and my husband had headaches in the morning from the heat apart from that it was a fab place too stay "

"First time at Terlon, our usual haunt round the corner was full. Previous reviews were mixed, so wasn't sure what to expect, but it was definitely ok, a few piccy things that could have been better, such as a tea towel, ovenware and larger towels, but all in all, minor grumbles, and it was pleasant."

"Came for my birthday. Spacious apartment, mostly clean except a lot of the cutlery & plates but I cleaned them myself. Unfortunately the refrigerator wasn’t working and I did let them know but nothing was done. Check in and check out was confusing and not reception to ask questions to so had to phone them up multiple times. I don’t believe I’ve had my security deposit back either and it’s been over a week now. Average place."

"We were very happy with the loveliness and general experience of staying at the titanic hotel. However we were disappointed to learn after arriving we were not able to book into the spa for a swim. As a hotel guest just staying one night we feel this should be highlighted better before our arrival. The room was very clean however there were crisps on the floor by one of the coffee tables.
