"Everything about this property is exemplary. The staff were so kind and helpful, we loved the primitive but low-key tech friendly villa, the food was excellent and day tours to the Phi Phi Islands and diving, snorkeling etc were breathtaking. I have been blessed to stay in 5 star resorts in Australia, the Caribbean Hawaii etc and would rank this the best. Of course we will be back soon! "

"Das erste Zimmer war nach 2 Stunden Warten beziehbar, aber nicht bewohnbar. Am WC lief seitlich Wasser raus ins ganze Bad.. es roch extrem muffig, die Schränke konnten nicht genutzt werden so stark war der Geruch. USW... nach weiteren 4 Std. Warten bekamen wir dann ein Zimmer allerdings ohne Meerblick und im 3. Stock. (Wir haben Meerblick bezahlt) Auch hier muffig und wir konnten die Schränke nicht nutzen. Ebenso funktionierte der Save nicht. Alles in allem sehr enttäuschend für den Preis.....

Sehr freundliches und eingespieltes Personal. Finde es doof, es zu sagen, aber man spürt die Schweizer Leitung, im positiven Sinne.Die Lage ist super und der Strand vor dem Hotel, wunderschön. "The hotel is situated on the edge of the main road that serves the main restaurant and shopping areas. Taxis are available nearby if you want to go further afield, restaurants and shops are in walking distance from hotel. The immediate Hotel beach is a small area that has a limited number of bed loungers tightly positioned together. Not the most comfortable set up! Hotel policy states that guests should not reserve these beds but unfortunately the policy is not enforced leading to guests...
