"Good hotel for the price. The rooms were smaller than expected. especially if you have big suitcases there isn't much space for storage. we didn't get a room with a view so it felt claustrophobic. the window was just a wall. which I guess was expected. other wise the room service, facility, food, reception service was great. The staff was quite helpful when it comes to helping us plan our excursions "

"If you're going to visit Hanoi, you should be in the Old quarter.. this hotel is a cheaper option but an hour away from everything. A Grab taxi is around 100K Dong (200K Dong in peak traffic) to get to the city where all the action is.. We used to take a taxi to wherever we wanted to go in the morning and then only come back at night Good hotel but the traveling can be inconvenient"

"Great location right in the centre of Phu Ly and with a lovely view of the river which was really pretty at sunset. The room was very clean and modern, with a great shower. The buffet breakfast had lots of choice, with eggs and pho cooked to order. The pool was great. Everyone at the hotel was really kind and friendly, especially Linh and Anh on reception. I would definitely stay here again!"

"The most beautiful hotel with an incredible breakfast buffet, bar, restaurant, spa/pool/sauna/massage spa and such nice and helpful staff. Couldn’t fault this at all, other than I wish we stayed here the whole time in Hanoi as it was such great value for money. Highly recommend! 10/10 Gill "
