"Loved the waterway walk and view of watching airplanes land/take off from SFO, but without it being “noisy”. Front desk staff were exceptionally pleasant and friendly, and the breakfast staff were very busy, keeping everything stocked and the dining area clean. Looking forward to our next stay!"

"This hotel is right where you need to be. It is in the middle of the city and easy, straight shot to the fisherman’s wharf. Plenty of diners and cafes near by to choose from as well. We had a great experience. "

"If you are looking for a place that is easy going as a motel, but a few steps up, the Dylan fits the bill. There are vending machines, easy, no fuss breakfast options like oatmeal, boiled eggs, etc. There is even a "happy hour" with wines by the glass as well as a selection of canned cocktails, proseco, and bottle spirits. They have coffee 24/7. While not made by a barista, for machine coffee, espresso, cappuccino, lattes, are passable. Nice staff. Really safe neighborhood with plenty of eating...

"The property is very confusing. Trying to find anything from the swimming pool is almost impossible. If it wasn’t for the Awesome staff that works here I would’ve given this the stars but they have the best staff that I’ve dealt with at a hotel. Very nice and friendly and understanding. The rooms are just OK. The swimming pool and the sauna is nice. "
