"We loved our time at the Westin Bora Bora. The overwater bungalow was awesome, so clean and well maintained. The people were very friendly and helpful. They had refillable water bottles at check in and water filling stations throughout the resort. Rachel, Te’amo, Varuna, Mirabell, and many others working at the resort were so welcoming and fun to chat with. "I was a last minute check-in, which was a little problematic, as they had sorry of closed for the evening. I was told that this is their not busy season, but I would still expect an establishment such as that to be open past six. Minor issue with the windows, where I had to close them from outside to avoid mosquitoes. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the property is absolutely gorgeous. If not for those inconveniences I mentioned, I would have given them 5 stars across the board. "

"We enjoyed our stay in a lagoon hut. The people at the resort were very nice and welcoming. The hotel was accommodating and arranged for our pick up at the ferry upon arrival which we greatly appreciated. We rented a car right at the resort and toured the island. The onsite restaurant was handy and yummy. We had lots of rain while there but the restaurant had little huts to provide shelter from the rain. We would be happy to return! Next time I’d go for the oceanfront bungalow. ...

"The resort is nicely maintained and the manager and staff were friendly though some of them couldn't speak English well and it was a bit hard to communicate since I don't speak French at all. There is only one restaurant and a bit pricy but they change their dinner menu everyday and the quality of the food is pretty good.
