"Our TV was not working correctly (at all for NBC) and they could not fix it. Inconvenient at the most but disappointing given the US Golf Open was on. We were given a free breakfast to compensate for the inconvenience which was a nice gesture. The AC/Heating was unusual and we were glad the window being open was an option. Just not what one would expect from a Hilton facility. Hence the overall "Good" in stead of "Excellent". The outside is lovely in the sunshine."

"When we arrived I needed to use the bathroom & was told there’s no public bathroom . I had called a few weeks b4 my stay b/c we needed to add an additional night & I made the reservation thru hotels.com ~ they said it would be no problem to stay in the same room for the entire 5 nights . When we checked in he had no notice of that & took 10 minutes to switch things around.
