"Staff needs training. It does not take 2-3 staff people to wait on one guest. This makes it difficult for other guests to get help. Certainly the staff was friendly, but organizing how this works would be an improvement. In our “Junior Suite” the toilet switch kept getting stuck and the “refresh” should have replaced old halogen lights with soft LEDs because the halogens cause heat. "This is a nice little resort. We enjoyed the room and the restaurant very much. The pool is ok but water could be of better quality. The personal is often young people from france and they are usually clueless about the island itself but I guess we can figure it out ourselves. "The room and staff were very nice. I didn’t like the extra charges for breakfast. Other properties we stayed at in the area didn’t have these extra fees. The breakfast hostess was extremely friendly and accommodating. Also, I didn’t like the distance to the complementary beach lounge chairs. The beach guy servicing the complementary beach chairs was not friendly or accommodating. It was obvious that he would have preferred a paying customer . He treated us like second class customers."

"It's a nice place to stay. It's a solid 4 star hotel. Lovely people that work there. I would recommend LE Toiny for an Extraordinary stay - but it is also about 1.5-2x the price The location of this hotel is good. It's close to St Jean (where EdenRoc is, Nikki Beach and Gyp Sea) and close to Gustavia. Not much in terms of views and we can a beach side suite A bonus is that you can walk to the beach"

"The resort is ver well staffed- there is always someone to assist with anything you need. They make good use of the very tiny beach but once you are in the resort you are a captive audience- nothing close by for eating, drinking, shopping, etc. we had a car but traffic was challenging and you certainly are not going to drive after a few beers 😳"
