"This place is a Jewel. From the arrival to departure it was absolutely perfect. Housekeeping seemed to see us leave and put our room as if it had never been used. Melanie was attentive and didn’t miss anything. Our breakfast was perfect too. Thank you to the entire staff for making this a memorable stay. We will be back. Swim with the turtles. "This was a very beautiful property, felt very authentic and well kept. The front desk lady (Kincy) was spectacular, she was very helpful and very kind. She went above and beyond to satisfy the customers with a very welcoming attitude. The cleaning ladies and waiters were also very nice and professional but warm. I would definitely recommend this establishment. The location is a bit remote but with a car nothing is really far. It is nice and quiet! "

"It's impossible to say how GREAT this property is. The staff is one of the best hotel staff I've ever encountered. They were incredible. The rooms are actually large houses with pools, wonderful design half open and half closed. Fantastic style. Wonderful breakfast. Super facilities. Fantastic location. "Lovely host. Fantastic communication. Incredibly accommodating, without having to ask. Offered us an early check-in and a late check out, as we were between houses and somewhat homeless. Great breakfast. Nice common areas. Incredibly safe. Bonus of a really comfortable bed, which is rare. This is a great place to stay a couple days. Unfortunately we were only here overnight, so we never got to enjoy all the amenities. "

"The Esmeralda Resort/Spa is an ideal place for those that like a quiet, detached, peaceful, and less crowded type setting. Its situated behind a beach bar at the north end of the bay.
