"It was clean and walking distance to shops and restaurants. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. They only had one ice machine and it didn't work well. The front desk employees were professional but not friendly and didn't seem very happy. But again they did their jobs and were professional. Overall happy with my stay."

"This was our second stay during the last few months. For this visit, the location was a lot more noisy. The room appeared to be a bit dated than before. Also, you need to invest in quieter cleaning carts. Your staff is way too loud during the early morning (...while cleaning the vacated rooms)."

"I have always wanted to stay at Motel 6 in Santa Barbara. In many ways, it is a normal hotel, but the Retro look of the rooms and property drew me in. It did not disappoint. Whoever decorated this property was spot on. When I walked into my room, I felt like I had moved back to the 1960s. "This Best Western was the best one I have ever stayed at...and was more comparable to a 4 star hotel. Yes, it is still a motel, but the property AND rooms were immaculately clean and in good condition! The King room we stayed in was large and nicely appointed. The staff were friendly! We loved the jacuzzi and heated pool! Awesome place to stay for a lower price point in Santa Barbara! "
