Pros- location (close to groceries, multiple eating places, short drive to Seattle, Bellevue, airport); size, parking, family-friendly area Cons - no bedding was available for the futon or air mattress for the first night & the 5th person passed an uncomfortable night; housekeeper supposedly came daily but there was no evidence of it (trash not removed, dust bunny on floor); guest can't control thermostat; somewhat thin walls between...

"It isn't really a suite, more like a dorm, and we were disappointed to find out that the bathroom was outside of our unit, and the shared kitchen was at a different floor and didn't even have stickers to mark the owners of the food items in the shared fridge. The room was very small, no table, no chair, not even a hook to hang a coat. The facility is sparkling new and clean, but the work quality seems so-so, especially poor sound insulation. "It was convenient for parking your car and catching the light rail. Although it is noisy at night"

"I was never communicated the location and had to chat with an Expedia agent to get it canceled. I ended up staying at a hotel by the airport instead because I got no communication back from the host within the week of staying there. They had requested ID one week prior and said my reservation would be canceled if no ID was presented within 48 hours. I did as requested and after that it was crickets. Very shady."

"This place was clean and very good location. Ran into a few other guests and was fine. Walkable to a Walgreens for necessities and right next to a charming Main Street. Walkable for me to public transit station. Would stay again."
