"Really the facility was beautiful. But the general areas hallways, stairs, and room really need to be vacuumed. It doesn’t look like they’ve been vacuumed for a long time. Also, the shower wasn’t clean and had hair in it. Our favorite part was meeting Trevor (I think that was his name) the night we arrived. He was a breath of fresh air. "

"Check in was easy. Parking always available. Room was clean and well kept with all the basics. Mini fridge but no microwave. Keurig type coffee maker leaked, but coffee also available in the lobby each morning- not the best coffee. Bed and pillows comfortable. Shower with good water pressure, towels mostly decent. Didn't have a chance to utilize the pool area. Overall, good value for the money when traveling on a budget. Would stay again. "

"We've been staying in Sonesta Suites in Scottsdale for a couple of years now and now know the difference between a Sonesta Suites and a Sonesta Simply Suites. The "Simply" Suites are scaled down, no breakfast not as roomy, or upscale as the Sonesta Suites. The appliances all worked fine, the TV was a little small, the air conditioners worked good and the showers were adequate in our Simply Suite.
