"This hotel is located 2 minutes from the ferry with lots of restaurants and things to do in the area. Onsite parking is very useful too. Communication is very difficult though. There is no one onsite and they can only be reached by text. We had a difficult time having our sheets changed (they were dirty when we arrived), and we never had responses to our questions about lockers before our arrivals. I’d say aside from the lack of service, this is a pretty good choice."

"Perfect for staying the night after kayaking in the bio bay! Walkable distance to the boardwalk and the meeting location for the bio bay tours. The rooms are small but comfortable and nice and cool. "This hotel was the hidden gem of our trip. I was tempted to give it a bad rating so it would remain hidden just for us! We had a view of the beautifully landscaped pool, the Atlantic Ocean, El Yunque rainforest, and the mountains all from our balcony. There are several restaurants on property and a number nearby offsite. Beautiful birds were displayed in several places. The hotel was decorated for Christmas.
