"We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Kuzmanic. Adrian was the most polite and helpfull host, really easy to communicate with. Place was as described, well equipped and super tidy. Nice surprise was breakfast served to our apartment at precise time we wished - I had totally forgotten we booked it! Felt almost too good for this fair cost of accommodation, so we were truly happy to fairly tip for it. :) At the end of September the neighborhood, with quite a lot of apartments, was really quiet. "Efter en veckas segling landade vi (7st) i härliga Trogir och fick ett väldigt varmt välkomnande av familjen som driver Vinko. Kall dryck serverades och vi blev inbjudna till att när som helst knacka på om vi hade frågor. 100 m till fin strand och ca 500 m till Trogirs gamla stad med mysiga gränder, massor av restauranger mm. "Other than the comms beforehand the place was excellent for a family stay. On the beach with a private pool. Three large ensuite bedrooms. Really well laid out and very well kept with a barbecue on the terrace. In terms of location it's quite good. 20 mins from split airport but not under the flight path. "Es ist eine schöne saubere Unterkunft. Sehr gute Lage, 3 Minuten zu Fuß in die Stadt. Leider sehr schlechte Parkmöglichkeiten ! Sehr laut! Ständig fahren laute Roller an den Fenstern vorbei. Und die Einflugschneise von dem Flugplatz nervt."

"Très court séjour vue que notre vol a été annulé par easyJet ( plus jamais !). J'étais tout le temps en contact avec le gérant qui était empathique. L'emplacement est génial, la chambre est vraiment très jolie, bien équipée, moderne et très propre. "

"We were given a room on the 1st day and we were told to move to a different room on the 2nd day, which was very inconvenient. Secondly the main door handle was broken and they keychain was broken and would come out if the key every time which was very annoying to fix every time."

"When we booked this was rated as 4-star. Plenty of space, comfortable bed and nice friendly owners, but 4-star it isn't. We were also lead to believe that it was in walking distance of various restaurants but there was nothing - the nearby hotel had a beach bar/restaurant but that closed for the season during our stay (in September?). Views over a building site! The photos on the Villa's website include several that are actually of the mentioned hotel, not Villa Nico and it's own facilities."

"Beautiful apartment in a quiet back street of Trogir. Lovely rooftop terrace and comfy bed. Cooked for ourselves in the apartment using lots of fresh produce from the nearby supermarket. Note - if paying at on arrival, it is cash only and the atm’s charge for withdrawal… which puts an extra cost on the stay. Recommend for an overnight stay of flying out of Split."
