"Khao Lak is stunning, very relaxing coastal town. This resort is nice but nothing to write home about. The rooms and facilities are aging and the food is pretty average at the on-site restaurants. The staff are wonderful though, and it’s a nice slow paced relaxing resort."

"The service was perfect and the staff very friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable. A few cosmetic renovations (broken floor tiles in the upper pool, lamps on the pillars of the pool bar, non-functioning massage jets in the pool) are long overdue. Overall, the complex is wonderful for a relaxing holiday. In terms of amenities, I would classify the garden villas as mid-range. The breakfast buffet should definitely offer freshly squeezed orange juice and coffee varieties. Guests love that...

"Whilst not a 5 star hotel (as it’s advertised) this property is incredible and very good value for the price. The beach outside is the best we’ve ever seen and the room design is perfect for families. We absolutely loved our stay here although the food/drinks are at a 3-star level. Just eat outside the hotel- amazing restaurants on the beach!"

"We contacted the accommodation several times before the start of the journey without success. There is no indication that the bungalows are only equipped with double beds. We were charged additional costs for providing an additional bed. It was not possible for two friends to share the same bed together. The breakfast was quite one-sided. "Dette resort ligner et 4 stjernet men er kun 2. Fliser i pool falder fra hinanden, flere steder er gelænder til vores villa gået fra hinanden. Løse skruer i solsengen, condi center dårlig rengøring og ikke fungerende aircon. Måske lidt i forfald. Personale meget fint. God morgenmad og fantastisk beliggenhed."

"Aldrig har jeg været sådan et sted før, det tog simpelhen så lang tid at tjekke ind på hotellet, intet personale kunne tale engelsk, extra sengen til vores datter var en madras på gulvet med et vattæppe,dårligt mad og betjening... hotellet er totalt nedslidt og ikke holdt ved lige, poolen med døde kakerlakker i og totalt menneske tomt hotel, kan ikke anbefale dette hotel til nogen,skulle have overnattet der flere nætter med min familie men flygtede næste morgen. mener også de 4 stjerner er 3...
