"Beautiful, conveniently located. The staff are very helpful and kind. Let us check in early as the room was ready and kindly allowed us to hang out in the lounge after our checkout while we waited for our ferry. The room was cozy and quiet with a great view. "What a gem we found in Coles Bay Vacation Rental! We arrived here after a late night flight into Victoria Airport. Karey met us at the door and invited us into this sweet space, welcoming us and explaining where things were in the room and how to operate appliances. Our bed was super comfortable and the hot breakfast with fresh croissants were sooo yummy! What a find! "
