"Really lovely, warm welcome from the team on arrival. We dropped our luggage off earlier in the day which was no problem. On checking in we were informed that our case had already been taken to our room, which was great as we didn’t have to carry it up 3 flight of stairs to our room as there is no lift. Room was clean & well appointed with full amenities. Would definitely stay again. "

"Hotel is a pretty quick walk from a tube station- which was great and convenient! They have a place on-site to store luggage which is helpful for people arriving early. The room itself was okay- could use some updating. The shower was super small, there was just enough room to stand inside and slowly spin around. There wasn't a way to control the temperature in the room, and the heater was on full blast the whole time. It was a great place to stay if you're looking for an affordable option! "

"The lovation just could not have been better, right next to the rail station and Apollo theatre. First wow impression whilst walking into the hotel foyer was quickly apoiled by the lack of manners, bad attitude and proffessionalism of the reception staff, we at leadt had a displeasure to be served by. other than that everythignse was fine. "Nice Hammersmith boutique hotel. Reception is self check in with tablet which I hate, especially when there are two members of staff going spare. I opted for a Luma room which was a mistake as it was in the basement which was freezing. Called the janitor to help with the heating, he was so helpful and even came back to check we were ok. Room ok once warm but found carton and hair from previous tenant around bed. Same process on check out, do your own typing while being watched by two reception...

"We arrived super early from a long flight from the states. Our room ready so they allowed us to check-in, no extra fees, no extra things to sign. We loved the room, felt like London. The staff were always helpful. We were impressed. Highly recommend, we will return!"

Good location however poor service.

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. The manager said things happened and it is better next time to book direcly with the hotel, not via third party. So I told them, that is not an excuse. If you want everyone to book directly from the hotel site, just dont work with third party agencies in the beginning. Got the standard room checked in at midnight and the furniture is very old. There is pieces of instant noodles and left over vegetables near the sofa. Very bad maintenance for the standard room according to me. The hot shower did not work properly. The pressure is not high enough, hence making the water wont switch to the shower head. "
