"When we checked in, the desk attendant was very nice and accommodating. When we went to breakfast and when we checked out we noticed the new attendant was on her phone constantly and did not make eye contact. Secondly, two landscapers turned on super loud gas blowers outside our window at approximately 7:30 AM and continued until 9. Also, the mini fridge in the room was very loud. There was a nice breakfast, although we came near the end and some of the hot items were gone and not replaced. ...

"We were so warmly greeted and cared for at this hotel. Everything was clean, functional, and comfortable. The free breakfast was a nice bonus. Every single staff member was kind, courteous and attentive as well. Though this is a "chain" hotel, they run it like a small family business which is very nice. "
