Pas d'eau chaude pendant 5 jours
"Dans l'une des chambres nous avons demandés à plusieurs reprises de remettre l'eau chaude cela n'a pas été fait. On ne nous a meme pas proposé de changer de chambre alors que je l'avais demandé. J'espère recevoir une compensation car c'était tres limite."

"We really liked the location, just a few minute walk from the Palace. Free on-site parking was a big bonus as well. The room was clean, looked like new, and bedding very comfortable.
