"I had troubles in the elevators for days. LED turns on green with cards but floor number buttons hardly respond. This happened in different elevators in different locations. I saw an other customer experiencing the same problem. There were 3 patterns. 1(normal): elevator moves with floor number LED on. 2(abnormal): elevator moves with LED off. 3(worst): elevator stay still. Elevator made by Hitachi."

Although we encountered a minor issue during check-in, it did not lessen our overall enjoyment.
