"The hotel was a good value and safe. But there were some things that were off. We had two rooms and had to switch both of them - one was a pet room which smelled awful (still had carpet, needs update to vinyl), the other had the toilet jam immediately and no staff available to help. The second rooms were both good. Temperature control was weird in the suite rooms with a global setting but limited airflow between the wide open space and the closed bedroom. "I booked a room with a balcony which unfortunately I didn't get to use as it was raining each night, but it would be brilliant in summer for a glass of wine when you get home. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a fantastic sleep. Area is nice and quiet at night. I probably wouldn't get the staircase bed again though (unless it was summer - for the balcony), but it was a cool experience.
