Kleines aber schönes Apartment! Liegt in Ruhiger gegend aber trotzdem nicht weit zu den wichtigen Straßen wie der Ringstraße. Direkt vor der Türe sind Kodtemlose Parkplätze was für uns (und vermutlich für viele) sehr Wichtig war. Das Apartment war relativ klein jedoch komplett ausreichend für zwei Personen. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet! Das Bad und alle anderen Räume waren Sauber, nur die Glasplatte der Dunstabzugshaube war nicht geputzt worden und war dreckig dies war jedoch halb so schlimm! Kann diese Unterkunft an jeden empfehlen der nach einer Unterkunft sucht mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und mit dem Auto in Island unterwegs ist.

Die Appartements sind in einer eher dreckigen (direkt neben dem Eingang ist ein riesiger Müllcontainer) und mit Baustellen übersäten Straße. Dafür gibt es viele kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten und der Weg in die Stadt ist einfach und kurz. Das Gebäude sieht von außen neu und gepflegt aus, die Tür lässt sich mit Code öffnen - klemmte allerdings häufiger und es brauchte mehrere Versuche, um herein zu kommen. Im Eingangsbereich roch es leider nach Abfluss/Müll. Das Sicherheitssystem an der Appartementtür ist einfach zu bedienen und das Appartement wirkte auf den ersten Blick gut eingerichtet und neuwertig. Die Küche enthält alles, was man für einen Kurztrip benötigt. Das Bett ist bequem, das Bad wirkte sauber. Dort störte uns nur das helle Deckenlicht, das an ein Krankenhaus erinnerte. Leider war der Boden nicht gereinigt, auch nach Kommunikation mit den Verantwortlichen und angeblich erneuter Reinigung am Folgetag änderte sich das nicht. Wir fanden reichlich dunkle Haare auf dem Boden und im Bett, sowie Dreck und auch Fingernägel anderer Personen auf dem Boden im Appartement. Auch die Fenster waren sehr dreckig. Ein Rabatt wurde uns nicht gewährt für die Unannehmlichkeiten, stattdessen sollte erneut mit dem Reinigungspersonal gesprochen werden. Schade! Für zwei Übernachtungen war das Appartement für uns ausreichend, da wir viel Zeit in der Stadt verbracht haben.

Over all; nice.
Easy to find, but it didn't say "B18 Apartments" on the outside, only the number 18. I didn't get the e-mail with check in information, and had to call. Got the codes for the doors, but not any extra information. Had to call AGAIN to get the email with wifi-password and stuff. We came 14.40 and didn't get to check in even though we were only 20 minutes early. The front door was difficult to open, it locked all the time - needs some care. Nice apartment for nice price. A little dirty when we arrived. Dust on the floors, dirt on the towel dryer, egg shells, paper and insulation on the balcony. It was only down pillow and quilt, and I'm allergic to down so I had to use the sofa pillows. Over all; nice price, a nice stay, nice looking place and nice location.

Apartment比較新，所以設施比較乾淨整齊，但關於洗衣機需要用鎖匙沒有通知提示，又聯絡不上，最後朋友打電話才找到去洗衣房的鎖匙。希望以後能夠仔細寫在電郵內。

The location was pretty convenient. I would say its about 20 minutes walking to the main areas of Reyjavik. if you are taking tours, Tour Bus Stop #12 is under 10 minutes walking which we thought was better than Bus Stop #9 which is also about the same distance since it was in front of the Foss Hotel and had more room to wait. There is a Bonus supermarket just a block away if you need to pick up groceries. I think all of Reyjavik is pretty safe even though this building is around some construction and industrial looking buildings. If you are renting a car, there appears to be plenty of street parking available. One complaint I do have with the building management was that we ran out of toilet paper half way through our stay and asked for more, but the management company said they only provide one roll per stay. I think that is totally unreasonable since there were four of us staying for 6 nights. We had to get our own. This was a small request and not unreasonable. I also think the roll that we had was rest over from the previous guest so it wasn't even a full roll. Got the codes to unlock both the lobby door and apartment doors via email. Easy and convenient process. Remember that if you have a late flight like what we had, you have no place to leave luggage like a hotel and check out is at 11AM. Not a problem if you have a rental car, but you will need to lug your luggage around until you get to the airport. There is a coffee shop down the block too.

The stay was ok for what we needed; the location was a short walk from everything, however the surrounding area was very run down, and the description of ‘city view’ is a stretch. The shower was clogged, which meant having to constantly keep an eye on the water level so it didn’t overflow. Emailed regarding instructions for stay (sorting of rubbish, extra towels, etc.) but never had a response.

We stayed here for 7 nights. The first day we arrived Reykjavik at around 6am and we were not allowed to check in earlier and thus we have to wait until 3pm. When we got into the room, we find crumbs on the table, hair on the bed and garbage in both garbage cans in toilet and under the sink. There were cookware but not any cooking utensils nor silverware provided, it was weird. But luckily I bought my own cutlery. Otherwise, I don’t know what I could do with the food and cookware only. Apart from these, the most unacceptable thing was someone opened the door of my room with a password. Both of us were shocked. I told the people to contact customer service. And I also messaged the customer service but they ignored me. No reply. No apologize. We were lucky that we were in the room when someone opened in door. Otherwise, our things could have been gone if we were not there. We felt really bad. I believe you can get a better place to stay nearby.

Mooi appartement, van alles voorzien. Zelfs de slaapbank sliep lekker. Communicatie verliep goed, die verliep via expedia zelf, maar iedere vraag die ik stelde werd beantwoord. Het ligt 5min lopen van het begin van de hoofdstraat, maar de supermarkt ligt ernaast. Er wordt veel gebouwd in de buurt maar daar heb je geen last van. Als je negatieve reactie leest dan heeft dat echt met de persoon te maken, want hier valt echt niks op aan te merken.

Great place for families!
Loved this property. We stayed 2 adults and 2 kids for 4 nights and fitted comfortably. The kitchenette and bathroom were perfect for us. The only reason I scored cleanliness a bit lower was the because the fitted sheet on the sofa bed was clean but had two small stains and the smell of food was present when we checked in. Once we opened the balcony door and the front door to let it ventilate it was better. There is a slight smell of rotten eggs from the sulphur of the water in the bathroom but that's normal in Iceland especially when you go to visit the Geysirs. It's part of the charm and super tolerable! There's a Bonus supermarket at walking distance and could easily find parking on the street. We would definitely book this property again. Communication with administrators was great via email. There's a video that explains how to open the door which I highly recommend everyone watch. My kids loved the projector tv that comes down from the ceiling and could watch Netflix. If you are renting a car and don't want to be in the middle of Reykavik but close by, I highly recommend this place,

An affordable stay in central Reykjavik.
All good for one person, easy to find parking often just outside the building, sometimes within 50 meteres. The location was perfect for my needs. I will recommend this place, and it was a good price for Reykjavik. For two fully grown persons the bed had been a bit narrow, and what's the point with a a foldable bookshelf wall bed in a place like this? I was booking througt hotels.com and chosed to "pay at the location" which does not work. I did not have the check in information because i had not payed - because i had no info about the payment. A phonecall on the way from the airport did resolve this, and all good. But choose to pay direct when you book to avoid this problem.
