"The staff were all excellent, friendly and helpful. The hotel was pretty clean all things considered. Slightly concerning about the number of warnings in the car park about keeping cars locked and valuables out of sight, made me think we were in a high crime area. Unfortunately as a family of 4, with 10 and 7 year olds, the rooms were very cramped. Would be fine if it was for 2 people. Beds weren't the best and the pillow was either too thin or the other was hard and lumpy. No sweet spot. Air...
