"The parking situation should be better explained upfront before arriving as we were not aware that there was a designated place for hotel guests to pull in off of Bienville Street. We parked on the side of the road as far over as we could to go inside and request a valet. It was a bit stressful with cars behind trying to get by. "

Appreciated the front desk assistance, especially from Pierre - his directions, recommendations, and arrangement of an early AM ride to the airport on departure. The outdoor patio/pool area was a bit smaller than anticipated and could have been better maintained. That said, we would stay here again. "
