"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."

"We enjoyed a queen room on the 4th floor. It's the service at the front desk and the custodial staff that I really appreciate. So friendly, so clean, so responsive. Rooms are small, but we don't linger and instead get out and enjoy NYC. The location is excellent, the queen-size has a longer space for toiletries in the bathroom than the bunk pod, if this matters. I did ask to be changed to a different queen when the heat kicked on and the motor was loud. But the change was done with good grace...
