"The bathtub was moldy around the caulking. When I filled the bath, the water was brown. There was a $35 amenities fee that was not included in our booking. What amenities exactly did I pay for? Dirty bath water? The parking lot gate was broken. I thought we were supposed to get breakfast but there was none. "

"Hotel Viking gets high marks for their customer service. All of the staff were very accommodating. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed, including a refrigerator. The rooms are quiet. The valet parking was quick and there is a fee. I had an excellent time here for a 2 day stay. "

"It was a great property with modern designs and a wonderful minimal aesthetic. The staff was helpful and the amenities were as advertised. My only complaint was the TV system was a bit antiquated with only cable tv options. There was no way to connect to streaming services and had that been an option it would have been a 10/10 getaway experience"

The VIP perk was odd, it wasn't as listed "2 free cocktails" it was buy 1 get one free. Worked out, but not what said. Would stay there again for sure. Really liked it."
