"The staff is very friendly and super helpful! The location is almost right at the center of everything and you have multiple transportation methods. We stayed for 7 days and over time the beds started to give us back pain (I think they're spring beds and we're just used to memory foam). "Just superb. The rooms were comfortable , the breakfast more than excellent and the best part was the vaporetto into Venice stops in front of the hotel. The lounge area in the front of the hotel is super comfy. Murano has a lot of shopping, and once the tourists are gone it is very quiet with still lots to do. "
