Could it use a renovation? Yes. Did it bother us? No!! It was clean. Restaurant was traditional. The staff was super sweet and treated us like family. "Really unique accommodations. Very quiet and private "hides" or huts tucked on a hill overlooking beautiful Skye landscapes. A central building with an awesome dining room, bar and game/relaxing area is steps away. Check-in was fast and easy with friendly and professional staff. Only meals we ate here was breakfast and it was great. Service was great. Coffee was great. Poached eggs on avocado toast was great. Fruit and croissants were also great. Just a 10-12 minute stroll to Portree...

"I had a fantastic stay at Skye Inn! The place has a really cosy and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of fresh and tasty options to start the day. The location is also a big plus—just a short and easy walk to the town centre and harbour, making it perfect for exploring Inverness. The only minor downside is that the rooms are a bit small And less utilities. "

"Amazing location and stunning views. We enjoyed our stay here so much. What at first seems a tiny unassuming space is the most incredible place. Cleverly designed, fitted out to a high spec and well equipped including cleaning products, handwash, and shower wash/shampoo. It was especially lovely to be able to sit outside on the balcony in the great weather we had. As other guests have said, the bedroom is under the eaves of the slanted roof but we didn't find it a problem (despite one of us...
