"Great place to stay!!! We would definitely stay here again!!"

"The common area was a little smaller than it appeared in the photos as well as bedrooms one and two… However the main bedroom was huge and so was the bathroom and closet in the main bedroom. We had a group of six and we were very comfortable… The Unit could use some updating. The proximity to the venues and other things that we were interested in was great, although the neighborhood was a little suspect at night. "Property was in good shape & clean. Just would add that the Primary Batroom vent & extra light doesn't work & it would help to have a night stand on both sides of the king-sized bed. I would also cut down that bush in the front so you can see who is on the sidewalk."

"The home offered beautiful views of the city, day and night. The location was great! It was only 1 block from St. Charles Street and another for the streetcar pick up. It was 2 or 3 blocks from The Pontchartrain Hotel which had a rooftop bar which gave an even more expansive view of the city. We walked many places, including the garden district, WWII Museum, the French Quarter and also delicious restaurants. The city was working on the street a few days while we were there, but it was tolerable...

"We loved the location. We liked the room design. Bathroom and bedrooms were a great size."

"I liked the space and condition inside, outside, entries abd walk ways were pretty shabby. There were screaming drunk or drugged get togethers both above us and on the next door property. A lot of the walls had dirty smudges, inside unit, however everything else seemed clean and tidy."

"toiletries hit and miss. no toilet paper in downstairs bath - had to find and take from upstairs back. no shower soap but plenty of skin lotion in shower. no shampoo in one shower. kitchen items not out away - were in dishwasher. sloppy housekeeping. otherwise place was nice and kept up well. "
