I have several issues which I have already discussed with the reception staff.
1> Access card issues all the time it's not working, and you have to reactivate the card, my room was so far and I have to walk to the main reception area to activate my access card
2> Bathtub knob was missing, and it takes an hour, and 4-5 reminders call to fix it
3> My Clothes were stolen from the Drying area and when I ask the receptionist to check they said they don't know anything and can't support if I need, I can lodge a police officer complain, which is terrible reply from the staff.
I need some compensation on my issue.
