"We arrived on a Friday evening after 4pm (notified staff ahead of time), they were kind and stated that is fine. Late check-in is via codes provided by staff ahead of time and then the envelope tells you what room to go to. Not the most secure but luckily it works. The property is pretty tiny with only 12 units, but one side they have a non heated pool and on the other side is a heated pool and jacuzzi. "The house was generally modern and comfortable, in a relatively central location, with full ensuite bathrooms in each of the 3 bedrooms. However there were a few issues that led me to feel it was not well maintained. - Carpets had stains. - Dishwasher and garbage disposal were clogged/not functioning. - Dinning room chairs and sofas had wobbly legs. "No A/c and temperatures ran in low 90’s.Thermostat dead. No water in one of the vanity in master bathroom, supply line was clamped off. No handle on refrigerator freezer, it was sitting inside freezer. Lots of minor stuff that needs attention. No screens on the sliding doors and many windows so you had to choose bugs or sweating it out. "
