No pudimos quedarnos después de viajar a Dorado. El check in lo pero. Ya es la segunda vez que nos pasa. Nunca logré hacer check in. Ese sistema fatal.

We got to our room around 11pm. There was not hot water to shower. Water was very cold. The room was to brite in the morning. But the bed is very comfortable

Our stay was great very safe and the staffs was nice and helpful if u needed help they was there to answer any questions u might have. One staff definitely stand out her name is Xiomara house keeper she's so sweet and she help me and my husband on Sunday she went above and beyond thank u will stay with them again and Maria from the call center was understanding.

My wife and I’ve been staying here since they open the quality respect and hospitality from the staff is nothing but excellent. They treat us like family. We are already thinking about booking a full week. Next time we come to Puerto Rico, we stayed in three different hotels this time and the professionalism and courtesy was outstanding.

No hot water; they tell you to let it run. Still after 10 min it was only cool. the oversized shower head soaks the whole floor and toilet while walking. We had a pool of water in the bathroom running out the door a bit. Beyond terrible. We left early. Pool looked nice though and close go the beach. Its one step better than sleeping outside. Ac was very poor. Concrete finish had obvious mold underneath. Lookijg at other reviews apparently they are all the same. Staff is no help. No soundproofing; you can hear everything anyone outside says.

We arrived at the property at about 4:30 p.m. and were able to open the gate with the code provided. We entered a parking lot that looked totally abandoned. A decrepit gray industrial-looking concrete building stood before us. No other cars around. The sign on the door asked us to submit some personal information which we did. Shortly thereafter an email arrived acknowledging receipt of our information with no further instructions. We waited about 45 minutes, standing in the heat in front of this creepy building. Nothing came. Finally 2 other guests arrived. We asked them how they got in and they said they had called the reservation number posted on a nearby sign. We called that number repeatedly, but after ringing about 20 times, the message said no one was available and disconnected. Finally at 5:45 a lady answered and confirmed that she had received our information, but needed us to text an ID. That took another 10 minutes. Finally, she gave me a code for the lobby and instructed me to go to the 2nd floor and find a specific room number. She also gave me a code for the room and we were finally in. Yay. Her final instructions were to inform us that if we touched the 2 water bottles in the room, we would be charged, even if we didn’t open them. Final straw, after coming back from dinner, the room code no longer worked and we had to call again. The only good thing about the stay was the maid who was terrific.Water in the shower never got warmer than “cool”. Disappointing!

No reception area/guard or any personnel on site EVER! You arrive to a closed entrance gate without a guard, you have to call a phone number (glad I had my phone as I normally do not use it during vacations) to be let in the property. Then they tell you to scan a code (again the phone) and once done registering online to call them back for access codes. To come and go I have to memorize 2 different codes, the gate and the door to the room and if you want ice you have to memorize a 3rd code to the main lobby. I then had to deal with a couple of drunks playing loud music and singing karaoke and having very loud intimate relations in the jacuzzi next door.After many calls to the number provided Carla did her best trying to reach out to the couple next door via phone but without luck. She mentioned that the cops were on their way but no one ever arrived. I did not get any sleep that night or felt safe. The room seemed cleaned however the coffee creamer was a gum looking product and the basket it was in was covered in mold. Carla offered me a refund for the night if I wanted to leave but at 9 pm on a holiday weekend you cannot find anything under 1k per night in the area. They absolutely need someone on site to assist with check in and any other issues and should provide all guests with a gate fab if no one is there to open it as it is not safe to get out of a car at night to open a gate.
