"It was good, for the social part that is. It’s a good place to meet people but I wouldn’t stay longer than a week here tops. You get bored of the atmosphere and drinking all the time digs into your money and you don’t want to do a lot the next day. Overall it was pretty good, met some nice people. But it is a party hostel. "If you want somewhere basic and well located in Chiangmai old town, this is the place for you. Staff were so friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a lovely area walking distance from lovely shops and places to eat and book other excursions. My only complaint would be that the room was quite basic, there was a lot of noise from other AC generators (despite the one in our room being turned off whilst we tried to sleep) and the shower was not hot.
