"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel Sapporo. Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed to our accommodation. We were originally booked for two nights, but extended our stay due to the lovely amenities and helpful staff. The front desk staff went above and beyond; Ito-san helped us with booking a restaurant, and Ishigami-san helped us with extending our stay. "Great looking hotel and rooms. Reasons for my 4* rating. There was one thing that I didn’t like about the rooms, lack of space and hangars to hang up our clothes! One other issue - we had got into the hotel earlier than the check in and did all the check in procedures. At 2.50 pm, when the staff clearly had time, they refused to allow us to check in. "위치적으로 주변의 차량 주차도 아주 좋은 숙소였습니다. 침구상태도 좋았으며, 운동시설과 대욕장을 갖추고 있어 아주 좋았습니다. 리셉션의 한국어 가능한 분이 있어 이점 또한 편리했습니다. 허나 대욕장의 남자 탈의실의 냄새가 심해 이용하기가 불쾌했습니다."
