"The staff was great from the moment we checked in till the moment we checked out. Friendly, accommodating and informative. The only downfall was the valet upon checking out, wait was long and once they pulled pur car up we had to go back to the checkin desk to show we paid. Even after I showed our receipt with valet charged for two nights. Maybe it was a miscommunication, not sure but we would stay at this hotel again."

"Elegant vintage hotel just off Michigan Avenue and overlooking the lake. Convenient to shopping, dining, parks, nightlife and popular tourism attractions. Many of the staff members are longtime employees and they take great care of the guests. Overall, a warm, welcoming vibe in an historic hotel. "

"Great place to stay. Checking in was seamless. The ladies at the desk were super friendly. Only issue is the next day when they clean my room I came and found the door left open and my stuff was in there. That was a bit scary that they leave my door not closed but the latch in the space. Overall I like this hotel."

"Had a wonderful stay at this Hilton. It was within walking distance to the FMC Natatorium which was a huge plus. Staff was very friendly and helpful and catered to all our needs. As we walked a lot, it would be nice to have a sidewalk from the hotel to the main road. The food at the restaurant was always amazing. "
