"The air conditioning in the bedroom was barely functioning in Sandat Villa. The front desk was informed and they sent a maintenance team to check but it was still unbearable."

"Exceptional buffet with vast amount of choice on offer. On demand freshly squeezed juice. Very helpful and friendly staff. Room was very clean. One thing to note about the room was that we found it smell a bit damped. Would be better if they had a scented dehumidifier to make the room smell nicer. For Al Le Carte, the staff was very welcoming in serving you had lots of choice to pick from the menu. Our stay also included the afternoon tea, which had free flowing drink for 2 hours! The room we booked was ocean facing beach access which is literally facing the ocean with no obstructed view. The three pool wasn’t busy at all...
