"Great staff and very good property. Good was okay. Breakfast good. Ate at Banyan tree two nights. I recommend The Cove. Very good. Staff at Casia are great. Disappointed Jet Ski and ATV not available. Paintball was great fun. Overall would give the holiday a solid 8/10. Fantastic Beach. Windy in January. "

"The villa was absolutely beautiful (besides some mould on the ceilings, frogs in the swimming pool area that can enter the bathroom and were found in the bathtub every night and monkeys rummaging through our leftovers). "Had a pleasant 2N stay at the hotel. The service from the front reception to bell boy is excellent. Was greeted by Mr Willy who is very friendly and patiently responded to my questions on my room request. Very pleased to note that my room was available before checkin time and my special request has been satisfied. I highly recommend this hotel for it's excellent service, great location and eco friendliness (no use of plastic and having recycling bins at all levels)."

"We arrive early from the ferry and no one was speaking English in our tower. Rafa was receptionist in tower 1 and was Amazing helping us move in. She explain the deposit issue and the wait for our move in. She found us a guide Lonbam and made our trip excellent. Later on akbar in tower 2 was also helpful and spoke great english"

"The room was filthy. The toilet reeked of urine and there was a heavy build up of gunk all around the toilet bowl and shower area. The sheets were stained and smelled like they were sprayed over with a fabric freshener. Used towels in wardrobe and ‘fresh’ towels had a damp smell. Utterly disappointing. "

"Es gab ein Upgrade , weil wir länger als 9 Tage da waren. Sehr schönes Zimmer mit Blick auf den Pool und das Meer. Der Pool und der Garten waren herrlich. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und sehr reichlich. Es gab indonesisches und auch europäisches Frühstück. Auch wurden Wünsche berücksichtigt. Das ganze Personal vom Kellner bis zum Gärtner oder auch das houskeeping waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es wurde immer nachgefragt ob alles in Ordnung wäre oder ob wir einen anderen Wunsch hätten....

"Très bel hôtel joliment décoré, ouvert récemment avec de très belles chambres tout confort deux piscines géantes donnant sur la mer. Calme et apaisant mais le plus important est la qualité du service et surtout la gentillesse de tout le personnel présent qui change tellement de Singapour. Tout le monde a l’air ravi de vous voir.
