"The Koho is well positioned, good access to everything. The facilities are great, the rooms are beautiful and comfortable, the pools are very clean, and overall it is a very good looking place. While I don’t recommend the spa, I highly recommend the people they use for transport and snorkelling tour!! Also, the people at the front desk are wonderful!!! They are so helpful, attentive and responsive."

"Horrible run down two storey family bungalow. Everything was broken! Dangerous ledder to climb to the upper floor. stayed one night and it was the worst on our 2 month Bali trip. Wanted to leave the same day but the manager refused to refund the money so we were forced to stay. Luckily we only booked 1 night. The night we couldn't sleep as the room has no windows and no soundproof. you can hear talking staff until midnight as if they were staying in your room. It was super hot upstairs becasue...

"Notre séjour y a été fabuleux, malgré un wifi un peu capricieux (pr communiquer le soir avec la France, cela était qque fois compliqué) l’hôtel est idéalement situé si vous voulez être au calme et le staff très pro et accueillant ; les chambres sont tops (1er étage ), vraiment à recommander "

"This place is beautiful and quiet and well-staffed. We were delayed by two days due to bad weather, but the staff welcomed us with open arms and shifted our dates with no hassle. Our room is clean and comfortable. The pool is fabulous. And the location is convenient to the beach and on a quieter side of the island. Not to be missed is the included breakfast. Wow. You will not to hungry. "

"Amazing spot on Gili Air! Snorkelling right out the front and swam with 2 x massive turtles on my first day. We went for a private snorkelling trip which was also great, but never swam with turtles anywhere near as big as the ones out the front of Chillout Bungalows - plethora of wildly colouful fish everywhere out there as well (make sure you see BamBam next door to hire your mask/snorkel/flippers - the guy is a legend and looked out for us and helped however he could whenever we saw...

"The place is good and has an excellent location but they have many areas to improve, for example the cleanliness and attention to the guests since during our entire stay we did not see any of the staff clean the room, we had 4 power cuts that the hotel was not even aware of, we had to be calling the reception or looking for someone to fix it."
