"The place is good and has an excellent location but they have many areas to improve, for example the cleanliness and attention to the guests since during our entire stay we did not see any of the staff clean the room, we had 4 power cuts that the hotel was not even aware of, we had to be calling the reception or looking for someone to fix it."

"Horrible run down two storey family bungalow. Everything was broken! Dangerous ledder to climb to the upper floor. stayed one night and it was the worst on our 2 month Bali trip. Wanted to leave the same day but the manager refused to refund the money so we were forced to stay. Luckily we only booked 1 night. "KOHO air er et virkeligt dejligt sted på Gili Air. Tæt på havn og hovedgade og også til den bedste badestrand på øen. Personalet er meget opmærksomt og maden er god.
