"Lokasi hotel yang menjadi satu dengan Mall membuat kami agak sulit menemukan reception desk. Ketika bertanya untuk parkir ditunjukan parkir utk Mall, lalu disarankan menuju lantai G yang merupakan bagian Mall. Setelah bertanya berkali2, akhirnya kami harus keluar Mall dan berjalan menyusuri mall. Yang membuat kesal kami harus naik tangga, salah seorang teman kami kakinya sedang sakit sehingga agak sulit berjalan dan naik tangga. Resepsionis dan staf ramah, pelayanannya cepat. "Had a wonderful time staying at the hotel for a quick family getaway. We were celebrating our son's birthday when we stayed in the hotel, and overall it was a good experience. The team prepared, what I assumed was the standard setup for children staying in the hotel, with balloons, a tent, and a sweet treat, which were all appreciated. "If you’re used to a certain accommodation standard when travelling, this place is not for u. I paid $40 a night and I got a nice room, clean bed, 2 bottles of water everyday, fried rice and tea sent to my room, wifi and hot shower. What I wished it had was a dead bolt for the door and a kettle for hot water. There’s a night club right behind but the noise didn’t bother me. The area can be very dark at night."
