This hotel is convenient ,easy access to Sendai station and there is a convenient store at 1st floor. However room space is not spacious and some noise might hear during sleeping. However staffs are kind and good attitude for guests.

The hotel is located in a bit of an awkward corner spot for those that are carrying heavy luggage as there is no direct crossing on road to get there. There is an overhead bridge with steps at the intersection, so if you are carrying heavy luggage you need to walk further down to the next set of lights to cross the road.

The byuilding is new and nice, but the location is far away from Sendai station. If you have a large luggage, you need to climb many steps to go to the other side of the street without escalator or elevators. If you have a large luggage, consider taking a cab, despite not a long distance(8minutes’ walk). Otherwise, a big insensible type public bath is nice addition if you like a large Japanese type public bath.

One of the worst APA hotels I’ve stayed at. Awful customer service experience. We needed assistance to dispose of a broken luggage bag. Staff were extremely unhelpful and acted like we were a burden. Unfriendly and rude. Don’t book this APA Hotel. Stay away.

スタッフの対応は良かった。食事無しにしたので、レストランや食事については不明。 大浴場が有ったので選んだが、混み合っていた為、脱衣室の狭さが大変残念だった。また、洗い場のシャワーが壊れている箇所もあり、6〜7人は並んでいたと思う。ホーム画面でしっかりと混み具合を確認しなかった自分にも落ち度はあったと思うのだが。 浴衣は厚地で安心感があった。 備え付けの飲み物は、スティックの緑茶とコーヒーとクリーム・砂糖が一本ずつ。自分は紅茶派だし、寝る前と朝一番に緑茶を飲みたかったので、自分でティーバッグを持参すべきだった。

どこのホテルも宿泊費が高騰する中、比較的安く泊まれてありがたかった。ただちょっと駅から歩くのと歩道橋を重いスーツケースを持って登り降りするのが旅で疲れている身体にはしんどかった。以前大阪のApaに泊まった時、忙しいのかスタッフが常にイライラしていてとても感じが悪くApaにはあまり良い印象がなかったのだけれど、仙台のスタッフさんは皆感じが良かったです。
