It is a great hotel with beautiful entrance in the heart of Santa Cruz wirh taxi access to the doors. The staff is extremely helpful and attentive. Greeting you sincerely each time you pass by. We got connected with Rocio on the reception. She was so sincere and friendly. The room was sparkling clean, new, quit with very comfortable bed and pillows. The breakfast had huge variety of tasty food, drinks and coffee. The bar; restaurant and roof top terrace were a great addition to the stay. The pool had a great view, unfortunately not heated, so we couldn't enjoy it fully. The location is charming, walkable and cental. We will come back once in Sevilla again

My stay here was lovely! As a solo traveler, I felt very safe and comfortable. The room was clean, staff was very helpful and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The best part was the hotel’s convenient location to all the tourist sights. As other reviewers have mentioned, the marble hallway floors do sometimes create some additional noise, but it never affected my sleep. The bed was so comfortable. I would stay here again.

The location of this property was in the heart of everything we wanted to see, only an 8 minute walk in any direction. Based in the historic winding streets.. The hotel was immaculate and the staff, particularly on the reception, were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and modern. Toiletries were replenished daily too. Our room on the 4th floor, where we moved too as irt seemed cooler, are good, but lacked the modern furnishings and the shower screen, positioned over a bath could not be openened out as it hit the sink, that was the only downside and it may be better to a walk in shower in due course. We could no fault the quality of the beds forc an excellent sleep. This time of year the air conditioning is not on. There is also a rooftop terrace, vews are wonderful. The pool was closed for now. Highly recommended.

We love the staff! They make every effort to make customers happy. We didnt care for the room because it was warm and there is no air conditioning but they showed us another room that we could stay in for the night until the next day where they could find us another room that might be more airy and cool. The breadast is wonderful with alot of choices and the staff there are very attentive. The lobby and rooms are more modern and very clean. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall it was a good only thing the room didn’t have air conditioning and Hotel staff couldn’t provide a table fan. I had to leave the window open in the night time and kept waking up because of the noise. I wish the staff could have acknowledged my request.

unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen: stilvoll eingerichtet; schöne Dachterrasse mit Bar und Pool; freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal; tolles Frühstück; Top-Lage: alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar und trotzdem ruhig; viele gute Restaurants in der Nähe; was will man mehr? lediglich schlechte Parkmöglichkeiten, was für uns aber nicht relevant war, da mit dem Taxi vom Flughafen angereist

A fabulous hotel in a great location in the historic area of Santa Cruz in Seville’s old town. All the sights are within easy walking distance and there are lots of great traditional places to eat nearby. The marble throughout the hotel made it feel very authentic and the hotel was so clean, and the rooms were great. The staff at Fernando III were absolutely wonderful and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seville. While staying at the hotel I had a bad fall in the street and broke my ankle. The hotel staff on the evening of my accident were fantastic and so attentive. They came out to the street and called an ambulance, helped translate, and kept me warm and supported. On returning to the hotel from hospital in the early hours of the morning they had already moved us to accessible rooms so I could access the room via the lift. The next day they organised a hired wheelchair for us and helped with ramps to allow me to go onto the rooftop bar and enjoy some sunshine. They regularly checked in to make sure I was ok and even offered us a complimentary meal in the hotel restaurant, (which was delicious). The staff at the hotel really made a massive difference to my experience of having an accident and injury abroad. Their efforts and help made things so much more manageable. Thank you so much to all the staff and in particular the lady from reception and barman who assisted and helped me on the evening of my fall. I will forever be grateful.
