"Very beautiful and peaceful area in the old city of Chiang Mai"

"The place was really beautiful outside the room. The room was clean and had a nice place to take a bath or shower. The location was central to all the things we wanted to do. The only issue we had is back gate is where people come to often but it is locked so difficult when had luggage or trying to get a grab not knowing which entrance to go to. The staff was helpful and made sure we were taken care of. Lastly, would recommend eating off site as food was not ideal. "

"Nothing special about this resort, it seems to be mainly for Chinese tourist groups. We were the only two European tourists staying there and it was eerily quiet after breakfast when the Chinese groups had left. Hotel was quite old and run down, not renovated for a while. Staff was friendly but did not speak very good English, we got everything settled anyway and they did their best. Food and the drinks in the hotel restaurant were delicious. "年末年始10日間ほど、家族旅行で利用しました。小学生の男の子がいるので、プール付きのリゾートホテルを探した結果、このホテルに決めました。毎日の様にプールに入って遊びました。朝食終えたら、すぐにプールに入ったりしましたが、ライフセーバーのスタッフがすぐに近くで見守ってくれて、安心してプールで遊ぶことができました。朝食は、毎日焼きたてのオムレツをいただきました。スタッフは、とても心地いい対応で好感が持てました。最終回、チェックアウトが１２時まででしたが、妻が発熱で寝込んでいたので、飛行機の時間１８時までチェックアウトを延長していただいて助かりました。帰国して、元気よく過ごせてます。楽しいチェンマイの旅を支えてもらえて、感謝です。ありがとうございました^_^"

"The communications with this hotel were exceptional! They were quick to keep me posted on issues at airport, and went above and beyond to pick us up late in the evening and check us in. The staff members were wonderful, and the free breakfast was delightful. It is unfortunate that we were heading out the next day since the pool and surrounding areas were inviting. This is a great hotel in close proximity to Chiang Mai International Airport. I would not hesitate to make reservations here...
